  • RETURNS & REFUNDS

    Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of our Journey Bags.  Because your donation is considered a charitable donation, we cannot issue any type of refund or credit. If you have issues with our bags or any of the products inside of them, please contact us. We will do our best to resolve any issues. 

  • SHIPPING INFO

    Journey Bags will be shipped via US Postal Service.

    Bags will be shipped within 3-4 business days of your request.

    Bags will be shipped to street addresses only.  No PO Boxes, please.
